The 22^nd Annual Beth C. Wright Walk For Life will be taking place on Saturday, May 21, 2022, at the Addison Town Hall & the Tuscan Lodge in Addison. Activities will begin at 9:00 am and end for the day at 2:00 pm.

The Walk For Life is a special day to remember and honor those who have been affected by cancer. This year we are encouraging walkers and their families to make signs honoring their loved ones who have battled or are currently battling cancer to post along the Walk route.

Activities for the 2022 Walk will include 1-mile, 2-mile or 5-mile walking route options, a 5- mile road race, a Chinese auction, a craft fair, children's activities, a lobster raffle, music & BBQ lunch and just plain family fun!

Saturday, May 21, 2022 will be a day full of community, wellness, and fellowship, at the same time raising money for a very good cause. All proceeds from the Walk will go directly to the Beth C. Wright Cancer Resource Center to help carry out their mission of bringing support services, and guidance to those affected by cancer living in Washington and Hancock Counties.

We are offering several options if you’d like to fundraise or donate. We encourage you to register as an individual or form a team and raise as much as you can.

All Walker/Runners will get a 2022 WALK FOR LIFE T-shirt with a donation of $25.00 or more.

There will also be special recognition for top individual and team fundraisers. Registration is open from March 16 until May 14, 2022.

You can create your own personal website on the Beth C. Wright Walk For Life page. Upload a photo or a graphic, tell a bit about yourself and why you are participating this year. Using your website, send out emails asking family, friends, and co-workers to join your team and/or donate. Cast your net wide and you can really make a difference!

The first thing you must do is register. It is free to register, and in your confirmation email there will be a link to begin your peer-to-peer fundraising!
