Cancer treatment can affect what you are able to eat and how your body handles food. Join us to learn basic information about maintaining good nutrition to help you feel your best during cancer treatment. Follow along as Judy prepares some quick and easy recipes for healthy eating and symptom management. Led by Judy Donnelly, RDN, LD, Dempsey Center’s Nutrition Program Coordinator.

This telecast program will be provided at no cost and are open to all.  The Beth C. Wright Cancer Resource Center is collaborating with the Dempsey Center, a renowned provider of cancer support services in Lewiston and South Portland, Maine to bring a selection of their holistic cancer support programs to rural downeast Maine. This partnership will help expand and complement the Beth C. Wright Cancer Resource Center’s support and educational programming serving the people of Hancock and Washington Counties since 2004. The programs introduce the use of high-quality digital equipment so that clients will be able to access select programs in real time within the Ellsworth Center.
