Learn to prepare infusions of 5 common herbs to support health

Description

Spring is on the way and native flowers and herbs will soon be in abundance in the Maine landscape. With guidance we can tap into their natural healing properties. The Beth C. Wright Cancer Resource Center welcomes local herbalist Brighid Doherty to address common health problems and explain how specific herbs can help. She will explore five common herbs to reduce inflammatory, calm the nerves, increase the ability to handle stress and support all aspects of health. These five herbs provide full-spectrum nutrition that are easy to assimilate. In this class you will learn how to prepare water-based infusions and include them into your daily lifestyle for increased nourishment and full body health.
